xanga?? ok.. well i guess ill finally give in and say GO TO MY XANGA! lol if i have ime to update... thats usually were i go .. =/ sry and its prettier over there... oh well.. it seems like no one ever comes here to see me anyway.. my fault though... anyway... ya go visit that place until further notice.. lol

VC and PD well yesturday was he volunteer classics.. it was fun.. i got to band guide with ian all day.. and ewww.... that grass was NASTY! when we rolled we where covered in mud! ick.. oh well.. i think FYEO looked ALOT better.. leza was up in the press box.. so i hope she was impressed.. i know we could of done better if it wasnt so wet.. but hey.. what can u do?.. and it was awsome getting to pass out awards.. seeing the other guard so happy about performing well.. it was awsome.. ian went to the mountains with his family.. i think.. (his aunt and uncle are in from outta town) and he is going to nashville friday =''( gees i like never do anything.. its sorta depressing .. he has went outta town like 15 times this year and i have went NO WHERE! (excluding winterguard champions ships) but he was outta town then too! grr... well im pretty sure he is coming over when he gets home.. oh .. i finally got my permit thrusday .. yesturday i drove from home to mcdonalds.. to ians.. to school.. it was awsome.. (other then the fact i almost hit seths car parking) lol oops.. then i drove a while this morning.. those are longest trips so far.. ok.. well i guess ill go clean my room or something.. yes im THAT bored Wednesday, September 07, 2005
ick man.. i went to the orthodontist today.. and they put that metal plate thing in my mouth its called a hirax or something.. it dont tickle.. i talk funny and cant eat and its real hard to swallow with it on.. im suposed to tighten it every night .. grr. and here n about an hour.. the medicine will probably wear off.. then its not gonna be too pleasent .. oh ya i was also informed that ian was cheating on me today.... right.. THANKS LEZA! LOL .. the song thing confuses me a bit lol.. 2 days in a row.. wow lol arent yall proud.. 2 days in a row ive updated lol.. well ian came over yesturday to work on our english homework.. it was over the shakespeare play The Twelth Night .. or something like that.. well u know how shakespeare writes in that wierd language..? .. well we had to translate it into modern english.. we only had to do one scene.. easy right.. well this particular scene was like 12 pages long.. he was here from 4:30 to 9:30 ... u do the math .. thats not including how much we worked on it during class.. and alot of that stuff is really hard to understand.. luckily ian got the hang of it better then i did..everyone had a partner had had to have it done by tuesday.. we felt really sorry for the people that couldnt get together and do it.. felicia and kayla are in that class too.. im sure they felt our pain lol.. well i got up ad went to church this morning.. and thats bout all else ive done.. i hope all of you are having a great LONG weekend.. see u tuesday =) Saturday, September 03, 2005
gees.. i can never think of a title.. lol well im happy to say that things arent so bad now.. the schedule definately isnt lightening up.. but i think im getting used to it.. its not SO bad as of now..
well there was a wholelottadrama issue in the guard.. which is still going on abit but it was getting crazy there for a while .. man im so glad leza is an instructor that will stand behind us captains.. cuz well as i knew would happen.. and leza warned me about.. that they ARE going to give especially me trouble because im a sophmore.. and especially one or two individuals that obviously didnt think i should have gotten any sort of leadership role.. they have been giving me a real hard time .. i had one girl yell at me for doing something i was instructed to do .. and i told her she was gonna give me 20 push ups for yelling at me.. (a VERY light punishnent considering what the others would have probably given her) and she said she refused to do them.. well thats when leza stepped in... but she apologized and did them and life goes on.. this is the only thing ive had to do personally.. but one of the main reasons i wanted captain was because i wanted guard to be a more fun thing.. and i didnt like the fact of the older girls being in control .. but now i see (and am so thankful that i do) that they ARENT doing it to be mean.. and you CANT have fun in guard without some disapline.. thats what it is all about.. and im coming to realise that they are just like i was and sont see that yet i know that jessie faren whitney amy and beth (all the seniors now )and britney (senior last year) where doing the best thing for us.. and thats bottom line.. they already came to that realisation (sp!) and all of them will be there eventually.. and i really think that being lucky enough to have flag co-captain as a sophmore is a HUGE thing .. and i know alot of the girls think im mean .. but im not..really i just understand why the captains and seniors have to be a lil hard on us.. trust me im NOWHERE near perfect especially when it comes to guard.. but i want the guard to be good.. and in that i know i have to set an example.. i know my rifle is still sucking.. but im well aware that is because i havent been able to get as much personal practice in as i would like.. and ive been told dont let it go to my head.. and i hope it doesnt seem like it is.. cuz on the inside i feel that there are SO many things that i can work on.. but i want to be able to help others out with there dificulties to .. and.. well rifle tosses definatly ARENT my specialty.. so its good that jessie has them covered.. and man.. tashi.. girl u are unstoppable .. im in awe .. lol.. well next week is the BIG MARYVILLE GAME and i think we are all a bit bumed that our uniforms wont be in till after that.. but we all have to work our butts of this week to show saundra and all there guard that we have improved so much... they have encouraged us and helped us so much too.. and we want to do our best .. im so excited to see thier show.. cuz i know they have to be working as hard we gave leza a hard time about "us being her 'second guard' " but we know how much she puts into this and she wants to see them do great as well.. and for her to juggle all these guards and her husband and riley is amazing lol we are so lucky to even have an instuctor that is willing to be at our games and practices and there for us on a personal level too.. THANKS LEZA! ok.. now that ive made myself sound like a big suck up.. lol.. but she really does so much for us .. alot we cant always see ok next subject.. me and ian lol.. well we have now been together over 7 months.. longest by pretty far for the both of us.. and its amazing to see how he has put up with me for so long.. when it comes to him.. i get pertective.. its INSANE .. ive never been like that with a guy.. when he is talking to one of his friends.. he always makes sure he includes me in some way when im there lol.. i never feel left out..and i guess im just being so dang pertective.. cuz im in fear of loosing him.. when i know SO many times he has clearly stated that he wont.. i cant help but wonder sometimes.. i trust him completely and i know he would never hurt me.. its just my instinks (sp!) i think kickin in.. being hurt so many times in the past always wants to make me put a huge wall up and not let people get in.. but ian i think is the one guy that has demolished that wall.. and everytime i let my mind get carried away.. and whip out the cement and bricks.. here he comes with the sledge hammer breaking it down again assuring me that everything is fine .. and its so awsome that my parents like him.. cuz im not having to battle with them over it .. and i think his parents like me ok too.. his mom cracks me up and his dad jokes around with me as well.. they probably think im way too "clingy" lol cuz ill call him not to long after just seeing him.. but i dunnolife is so diferent with him ... its a defiante good thing.. he teaches me SO much and when im starting to get ticked off or something.. he always tries to chill me out and show me its not worth it to get mad over everything if u are wondering why im trying to be so positive in this entry compared to my last few.. its becuz im now realizing just how good i have it .. well .. i have my house BOTH my parents together as of now.. im not underwater.. im lucky enough to be in a guard with all my friends.. and an amazing insturctor..who is there for us.. a boyfriend who treats me amazingly.. and all these other things.. that i am so lucky to have.. God has truely blessed me in so many ways.. and now im always trying to remember in life "it could be worse" Saturday, August 20, 2005
humm.. well it is now saturday morning and i havent updated in forever .. lol.. well the reasons i havet are cuz ive been super busy .. i have homework everynight.. mom expects me to clean everynight .. and i have somewhere i have to be at everynight.. monday tuesday thursday pratice .. wednesday church .. friday games .. so ive been crammed .. so im all stressed cuz all i keep hearing is "if ur grades start to drop guard is the first thing to go" well i typically dont get to start my homework til like 8:30 at the earliest (after practice and dinner) then that typically takes me atleast an hour probably because im trying to make sure im doing good in my classes.. so i spend so much time on that.. and by then i want to go to bed.. so i have NO time to clean.. also.. sometimes i have to vacuum and i cant cuz dad is in bed by then.. well mom made it where i only have to do all the cleaning on wednesday and saturday.. and the laundry throughout the week.. well i havent even had time to do that.. now she is going back to making me clean EVERY day.. and "They dont want my grades to drop" ... is it just me?.. or will that not make things worse? also.. on top of that.. ive got to find time to practice rifle at some point .. im trying SO hard.. but its impossible.. school has always come so easy for me.. its never been a problem.. and now that im taking all these classes .. im having a hard time... and i know i can do it.. its just that i dont have the time.. and .. well if she makes me stop guard.. then thats not gonna resolve anything.. because i would be even more stressed and well.. honestly.. its the only thing i enjoy about school.. well i dont know when ill be able to update again but i hope it wil be soon

lalalalalalaaaa okey dokey.. well.. my classes are like SO stressful (yes already)... ive got home work almost every night and its just the 1st week.. and im so stressed because my mother has ALREADY threatened to take me out of guard! gees.. thats like the only thing i enjoy i school.. talk about spoiling the fun.. and im also aware that if she made me quit this year.. then i wouldnt be able to participate in any upcoming winter or field guards! ahh! so im NOT gonna have a very social semester.. im hoping things lighten up during winterguard.. second semester.. and school has some how always come easy for me.. i study.. do my work.. and get an A.. no problem.. but now... (freshman year started this) .. its not so easy for me cuz ive been thrown into these honors classes.. yikes.. but im promising each and everyone of you guys now.. im gonna continue to work my but off and get threw this second year.. if that means studying AND practicing constantly.. then thats what ill do.. colorguard (yes i know its korny but..) its my passion... i know im definately not the best in the world.. but i know ive come a long way.. if u would have asked me last year.. if i would be attempting quads on i rifle this year .. i would have laughed in ur face because the only time i had with a rifle was when the upperclassmen TRIED to teach me right spins with thier old baby rifles.. it was sad.. then.. in winter guard.. i was getting 1 1/2s.. and tryouts i almost cried at the thought of triples.. now.. im attempting quads (almost killing myself in the process, but attempting lol) so ya.. but ive g2g.. have a great weekend..
